One way to become more joyful is to overcome negative self talk.
Many of us have it.
Many of us hate it.
Many of us can’t seem to shake it.
Science is now showing that we replay negative thoughts over and over again with little to no control as this self talk is happening on an unconscious level. This part of our mind and body reacts to these thoughts and tosses us into a cycle of Fight and Flight Response.
This is not a healthy place to be as the adrenals need to work overtime, the pancreas is stressed to the max and we probably feel like we could rip someone’s head off if they say the wrong thing.

The body is complex, yet has simple ways of working.

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is one way to let go of things that are not bringing you joy - like addictions, fears or negative self talk.
